What counts as a participant?

Anyone who has joined your organization in Stegen. One person competing in five ladders is still one participant.

Can we start free and upgrade later?

Yes. Start on the free plan and upgrade from your organization settings when you need more than 5 participants. Everything you have registered carries over.

How do you bill?

Monthly by card through Stripe, in USD or EUR. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period.

Do you offer plans for larger organizations?

Yes. Email hi@stegen.app if you need more than 250 participants, several organizations under one agreement, or invoicing.
